We have 4 main goals as a club. 1. To be successful by winning games and trophies. 2. To get as many players in the national team as possible 3. To provide opportunities for our players to play abroad in stronger leagues. 4. To give opportunity to our young playersIt is a work in progress but at the end of 2 seasons we have a league title. Equally important to me as a coach we have given 13 senior debuts to academy graduates in that time. So our message is simple if you are good enough you will be given your chance, but to keep playing you must dedicate yourself to being the best you can be.
